Early in their career, Diana worked at Staples as a Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager from April 2008 to August 2008. Prior to that, they held the role of Marketing Manager from June 2006 to April 2008, where they supervised catalog planning, new customer acquisition, and played a pivotal role in the Staples Delivery Branding rollout.

Diana began their career at Digitas North America as a Senior Associate in Marketing from November 2005 to June 2006.
