Eric Lallart

CEO at Petit Pot

Eric Lallart has a long and varied work experience. Eric began their career in 1998 as a Scientific Counselor Assistant at the French Embassy in Norway. In 2000, they moved to 3M France, where they held the roles of Lean - Six Sigma Black Belt, Operations Manager, and Optimized Operations Engineer. In 2007, they joined Danone, where they held the roles of Operations Strategy Director Danone - Mengniu joint venture, Manufacturing then Operations Director Danone Dairy China, and Lean Manager then Product Sourcing Director Danone Dairy France. In 2016, they were appointed General Manager Greater China at Devondale Murray Goulburn, Australia's largest dairy cooperative. In 2018, they joined Alter Eco Foods as Vice President Operations. Most recently, in 2019, they became the CEO of Petit Pot, a small company that makes single-serve desserts.

Eric Lallart has a comprehensive educational background. Eric obtained an Engineer's degree from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers in 1998 after completing their studies from 1993 to 1998. Eric then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD from 2014 to 2016, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tsinghua University from 2014 to 2016. In 2006, Eric obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt from 3M.
