Luciano Rodriguez Forero has a diverse work experience in marketing and business consulting. Luciano started as an Analyst of Marketing at General Motors in 2005 and worked there until 2010. After that, they joined Nissan Colombia as a Marketing Manager and successfully led the launch of March and Versa vehicles. Luciano then worked as a Director of Marketing at Banco Finandina and was responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase credit placements and strengthen the brand's positioning.
In 2012, Luciano became a Marketing Manager at Continautos, where they implemented marketing strategies to position the Chevrolet brand and achieved a market share of 29.3%. Luciano also joined REDCOL HOLDING as a National Marketing and Sales Director, where they successfully launched Kinder DC nurseries in Bogotá and Medellín, and New Cambridge Bucaramanga school.
From 2015 to 2016, Luciano worked as a Marketing Manager at Continautos and was responsible for leading marketing strategies for the Chevrolet-Continautos brand and its premium vehicle portfolio. Luciano planned the launch of Trailblazer, which resulted in a 132% increase in sales.
In 2022, Luciano joined ONNET Fibra Colombia as a Planning Business Consultant, and in 2023, they became the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Petra, as well as at Zilper Trenchless, which is a Petra Company.
Throughout their career, Luciano has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of successful product launches, brand positioning, sales increment, and market share growth.
Luciano Rodriguez Forero pursued their education in a chronological manner. Luciano first attended Universidad de Los Andes from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. Later, they returned to the same university in 2010 and 2011 to pursue a Master's degree in Marketing, specializing in Marketing Management.
