Alex Haynes

Alex Haynes has over 15 years of experience in business development and project management within the energy sector. Alex is currently the Head of Business Development at Petrofac, where they lead a team in locating, developing, securing, and delivering energy transition projects. Alex'sexpertise includes offshore wind, hydrogen, carbon capture, waste-to-value, and emissions reduction. Prior to Petrofac, Alex held senior positions at Wood and Amec Foster Wheeler, where they focused on business development and expanding the companies' presence in the Middle East. Alex also worked at KBR, Inc. and MWKL, gaining experience in project management and resource management.

Alex Haynes has a BA (Hons) in Visual Communication Design from Middlesex University (1992-1995), completed a Commissioning Course in Leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (1997-1998), and obtained an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Heriot-Watt University (2002-2004).
