Emma Kilner

Emma Kilner is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Finance Director for Asset Solutions at Petrofac since November 2024, Emma previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at HydroVolve from October 2019 to November 2024. Prior to that, the role of Group Finance Director was undertaken at Kentech Group from October 2017 to October 2019. Emma also served as Chief Financial Officer of Xodus Group, an energy consultancy, from July 2007 to September 2017, and as Group Financial Controller at Vienco Group from September 2005 to June 2007. Academic qualifications include an ACCA qualification in Accounting and Finance, an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation, and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Robert Gordon University.
