Rami Hilal

Rami Hilal currently serves as the Group Head of Commissioning at Petrofac since March 2023, after a successful tenure as Commissioning Manager for Offshore Wind/Renewable Energy and Corporate/Pre-awards from June 2017 to January 2023. Prior roles at Petrofac include Interim Commissioning Manager for the Fadhili Gas Plant Project, Commissioning Manager for the Rabigh Phase 2 Development Project, and various positions in commissioning management and engineering, starting as an Electrical Commissioning Engineer. Rami holds an MBA from IE Business School and a BE in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut, complemented by a Lebanese Baccalaureate from The International School of Choueifat.
