Rebekah Scott

Rebekah Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in competence and training supervision within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Competence and Training Supervisor and Lead Competence Advisor at Petrofac since October 2017, Rebekah specializes in standards development, competence management program creation, and internal quality assurance. Previous roles include Competency Advisor at National Oilwell Varco, focusing on competency management systems and training, as well as a position at The City of Liverpool College, where Rebekah delivered apprenticeship programs and qualifications across various levels. Rebekah holds qualifications including IRCA Lead Auditor and EQA unit 404 C&G External Quality Assurance, demonstrating a solid foundation in both technical and educational aspects of competency development.
