Clayton Oliveira

Clayton Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Clayton is currently serving as the Chairman of the Strategic Committee of Financial Heads at Amcham-Brasil. Prior to this, they worked as a Fiscal Councillor at Instituto Jogue Limpo.

In terms of their finance and accounting experience, Oliveira held various positions at PETRONAS Lubricants International. These include Head of Finance - Brazil, Regional Business Controller Senior - Americas, Head of Controllership Americas, Planning and Control Manager - LATAM, and Planning and Control Manager - Brazil.

Before joining PETRONAS Lubricants International, Oliveira worked as a Controller (Financial and Plant) at The Forest Company (Biocarbono). In this role, they were responsible for financial, plant, and business controllership.

Oliveira also gained experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager and Financial Service Team Leader at GE, and as a Senior/specialist in Report, Risk Management, and International Accounting at AngloGold Ashanti.

Clayton Oliveira's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Controllership, and Audit Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they earned another MBA in Finance from Business School Academy São Paulo - Laureate International Universities, completed between 2011 and 2013. Clayton's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the Faculty of Accounting Milton Campos, completed from 2005 to 2009. In terms of certifications, they are a Certified Public Accountant in Audit from the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM - CNAI), obtained in 2011, and also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Brazilian Federal Accounting Association (CFC), obtained in 2009.
