Fizz Sulaiman has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles.

From 2017 to present, Fizz has been working at PETRONAS Lubricants International, where they started as a Lead in Employer Brand & Talent Acquisition. They also held the position of Senior HR Analyst in Strategy, Planning, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Change, and Communication. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, Fizz worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Group COE. From 2015 to 2016, Fizz worked as an Executive in People Planning & Talent Acquisition at the East Coast Economic Region Development Council. They were involved in recruitment, talent attraction, retention, manpower planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

In 2014, Fizz worked at Bumi Armada as an HR Business Partner in Strategic HRM. Their responsibilities included talent sourcing, selection process coordination, and onboarding induction.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, Fizz worked at Advent as a Brand & Talent Specialist, focusing on talent scouting, attraction, and recruitment in creative fields for stage performances and events.

In 2010, Fizz started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Universiti Teknologi MARA, where they conducted research on mobile resource centers among other academic papers.

Fizz Sulaiman completed a Diploma in Information Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA from 2007-2010. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Science/Studies at the same institution from 2010-2012. Fizz Sulaiman also holds a Global Customer Service Professional Certificate from Scicom (MSC) Bhd, although the specific date of attainment is unknown.
