Nora Mahbob

Nora Mahbob is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at PETRONAS since January 2020. Prior to this role, Nora worked as a freelancer from June 2018 to January 2020. Nora's extensive experience includes significant positions such as Human Resources Director at L'Oréal from April 2009 to April 2018, VP of Talent Management at Sime Darby Plantations in 2008-2009, HR Director at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) from January 2005 to January 2008, and Country HR Manager at Coca-Cola Far East Limited between June 1998 and December 2004. Nora holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA and an MBA focused on Business/Engineering from Sekolah Menengah Sains Johor.
