Saiful Fakhri, SHRM-SCP, has over 17 years of experience in human resources, primarily with PETRONAS since January 2012, where currently serves as Senior Manager of People Strategy & Planning. Previous roles at PETRONAS include Manager of Compensation & Benefits - International, Senior Specialist in Industrial & Employee Relations, and Team Leader for HR Project Execution. Prior to this, Saiful worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd and as a Human Resources Project Consultant at PETRONAS Sudan. Early career experience includes a position as Human Resources Analyst at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd and a trainee role at Western Digital.
