Jess Bell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They started their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Advisor at Carphone Warehouse before transitioning to the role of Continuous Improvement Business Partner, where they were responsible for process optimization and won an award for leveraging business process management technology. Jess then worked as a Project Manager at Carphone Warehouse, delivering strategic and tactical projects. They later joined Granby Marketing Services Limited as Head of Planning and Implementation, where they defined and implemented planning and implementation processes for blue chip clients. Jess then moved to ThinkSmart Europe Limited as Head of Change, operating at an executive level to drive a program of change and overhaul the infrastructure and operating model. They then joined Royal London as a PMO Manager, overseeing Group Technology and Change. Currently, Jess is working at Pets at Home, where they have held roles as a Senior Project Manager, Lead Project Manager, and currently as the Head of Portfolio Delivery.

Jess Bell completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Jess attended Cardinal Newman College from 2005 to 2007, acquiring knowledge in Business Studies, Law, and Spanish. Jess obtained a GCSE from Our Lady's High School between 1999 and 2004. Jess also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Manchester. Furthermore, Jess earned certifications in PMQ from the Association for Project Management in 2017 and in Prince2 from APMG-International in 2011.
