Nicole Hays

Nicole Hays has a strong background in the pet industry, with over 10 years of experience in various roles. Nicole most recently worked as the Director of National Accounts for Pets Global Inc. since February 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager National Merchandising at Natural Balance Pet Foods Inc. for eight years. Before joining Natural Balance, they worked as a Store Manager at Ames Taping Tools for one year. Nicole began their career at PETCO as an Assistant Manager, where they worked for four years.
