Jeff Stake has a long history of work experience, beginning with Super Shops in 1983 where they held the role of Regional/Divisional Sales and Operations Manager. In 1994, they were promoted to General Manager at Super Shops, and then to National Sales Manager in 1998. In 2015, Jeff began working at Intuit as a Customer Success Manager, followed by a Strategic Account Manager role at Sonepar USA in 2020. Currently, Jeff is a Success Manager at PEX, where they are responsible for the full customer experience.
Jeff Stake has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Business Administration and Management, General from Truckee Meadows Community College. Prior to this, they attended Rancho Alimitos High School. In addition, Jeff has obtained a number of certifications since 2021, including Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management from LinkedIn in April 2022, White Belt Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute in March 2022, and Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC Business School in January 2022.
