Manuel Damsohn

Director, Product Innovation at Pexapark

Manuel Damsohn is currently the Head of Product Innovation at Pexapark. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Data Analyst at LafargeHolcim from August 2011 to November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for data visualization and data collection applications development with an agile, customer-focused methodology. Manuel also managed a group-wide application for initiative management and drove a data analytics (QlikView) community. Additionally, they served as a temporary team lead and conducted data analysis of financials and industrial operations. Finally, they managed cross-functional stakeholders.

From January 2010 to July 2017, Manuel Damsohn worked as a Lecturer at Kalaidos University, teaching mathematics, data analysis, and data mining.

From March 2007 to July 2011, Manuel Damsohn worked as a PhD Student at ETH Zurich. Their research focused on multiphase fluid dynamics of nuclear boiling water reactors, and they conducted experimental studies and simulations. Manuel also performed advanced data analysis and visualization and managed projects, teams, and laboratory setups.

Manuel Damsohn received their Doctor of Science degree in multiphase fluid dynamics from ETH Zürich. Manuel also holds a Master of Engineering degree in chemical process engineering from Technische Universität Clausthal.

Their manager is Michael Waldner, CEO & Co-Founder. Manuel Damsohn works with Amanda Niklaus - Head of Corporate PPA, Dietrich Korb - Account Manager, and Kashif Javaid - Head of Sales.
