Alana Amurrio

Alana Amurrio has over nine years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Alana currently holds the position of HR Director, Americas at Pexip since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Lead at ITC Defense Corp. from February 2019 to August 2020. Alana also has experience as a Human Resources Specialist and Talent Acquisition Advisor at Dataprise from January 2015 to February 2019. Before that, they served as a Technical Recruiter at ATR for two years. Additionally, Alana worked as a Human Resources Intern at Volvo Construction Equipment from March 2012 to May 2013.

Alana Amurrio received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communications and a minor in Business from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2013. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at Eastern University from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications such as Employee Relations: Creating a Positive Work Environment from SHRM in 2019, Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2018, and Professional Recruiter Certificate from AIRS, an ADP Company in 2016.
