Emryck Tocabens has extensive work experience in operations and management roles in the food industry. Emryck served as the Director of Operations at PEZ Candy starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Lecoq Cuisine Corporation for over 12 years, where they held the position of Plant Manager. In this role, they efficiently managed daily operations, supervised multiple departments, implemented production strategies, and improved quality, safety, and productivity. Emryck also spent several years at Delifrance, where they served as both a Production Manager and a Quality Manager.
Emryck TOCABENS completed a DEUG degree in Biology, General at Universite de Sciences et Techniques from 1997 to 1998. Following that, from 1998 to 2001, Emryck pursued a Master's degree in Food Processing, Food safety and Microbiology at ESMISAB.
