Andrew North

Andrew North is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management, currently serving as a Recruiting Manager at PF Holdings since September 2022. In this role, Andrew successfully integrated six acquisitions, enhancing the organization with 2,800 new employees and significant operational capacity. Previously, as People and Culture Manager at Oats Overnight, Andrew oversaw the growth of the workforce from 30 to 135 employees and implemented a new HRIS. Andrew’s recruitment expertise spans multiple industries, having supported various roles at PF Holdings and other companies, including Brinks Home Security and DexYP. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern New Mexico University and a background in Exercise Science from The University of New Mexico.
