Ermanno Saccardi

Ermanno Saccardi has extensive experience in after-sales service and technical management, currently serving as an After Sales Solution Expert and formerly as an After Sales Service Manager at Pfannenberg since January 2018. In these roles, Ermanno Saccardi coordinates technical staff to develop customized service plans and provide maintenance and repair services on contract, while also offering technical advice for thermal management solutions and liquid cooling systems. Prior to joining Pfannenberg, Ermanno Saccardi held the position of After Sales Service Manager at Dassi s.r.l (Pfannenberg group) from May 1998 to December 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating assistance plans and advising on thermal management solutions. Earlier experience also includes serving as Production Manager, overseeing the production process of chillers and heat exchangers.
