Roger Ripp, MSCE has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Roger most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at PFES since January 2021, and prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Operations from September 2019 to December 2020. In 2019, they also worked as a Consultant for their own business.
Before joining PFES, Roger had a long tenure at the American Transmission Company. Roger held the position of Director of Project Controls Office from February 2016 to April 2019, where they provided oversight to the Project Controls Office supporting Construction Department Leadership and Project Managers. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Project Controls Office from January 2008 to February 2016 and was responsible for developing the office to support Construction Department Project Managers.
Roger's earlier experience includes working as a Team Leader in Project and Construction Management at the American Transmission Company from October 2005 to December 2007, a Project Manager at Kenny Construction Company from November 2004 to October 2005, and a Project Management Consultant at Demark Consultant at Excel Energy from April 2001 to November 2004. Roger has also worked as a Project Management Consultant at Demark Consultant at American Electric Power Co. from 2000 to 2001, and as a Project Manager at Duke Engineering & Services from 1995 to 2001. Roger started their career as a Project Engineer/Project Manager at Nutech from 1991 to 1995.
Roger Ripp, MSCE completed their Master's Degree in MS Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University from 1989 to 1991. In addition, from 1986 to 1989, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.
