Paul Twaddell

Paul Twaddell is an accomplished industry professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal - Operating Partner at Pfingsten Partners since May 2024, Paul previously held multiple vice president positions at PSG, a Dover company, from July 2013 to May 2024, overseeing diverse operations including global sales and business development. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Eaton, focused on energy marketing, business development, and strategic marketing, along with positions at Parametric Technology Corporation, Johnson Operations, SRAM Corporation, and Borg Warner Automotive. Paul holds an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy, along with a Master's in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
