Carl has held leadership positions in various companies such as Pfizer, Ideal Protein, Aspen Dental Management, Weight Watchers International, and Diageo. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing large budgets, and overseeing the creative development of marketing campaigns. Carl has also played a role in brand management, new product development, and market analytics. Additionally, they have co-founded an LGBTQ+ design and marketing agency startup and served as a fractional CMO and marketing strategic advisor for an eCommerce marketplace.
