Brooke Smith

Brooke Smith has been with PFLAG National, formerly known as Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays, since 2004. Brooke originally joined the organization as a field and policy manager before being promoted to their current role as chief information senior manager in 2021. Prior to their work with PFLAG National, Brooke served as a trainer for Break Away, an organization that works to end relationship and sexual violence.

Brooke Smith has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Graphic Design from Johnson County Community College, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Journalism, Advertising, and Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from the University of Kansas.

Brooke Smith reports to Keven Cotton, Director of Finance and Operations. They are on a team with and Shaymaa Al Ani - Accounting Manager.
