Ewa Rytka is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, she also completed the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program (NYU, HEC, LSE). She worked as CEO, CFO, interim manager and advisor for brands such as Kolaja & Partners, Opoczno, ISD Dunaferr, Hachette Polska, Azelis, BMI Group. He specializes in creating and implementing strategies, implementing changes and managing them, optimizing employment and post-merger integration, as well as managing finances and liquidity, calculating product costs and designing cost accounting systems.​​​​​​​
