Grzegorz Kulesza

Grzegorz Kulesza is a graduate of the Białystok University of Technology. He also completed MBA studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He perfected his managerial skills at London Southbank University and SGMI Management Institut St. Gallen. He has over 25 years of management experience in the B2B and FMCG sectors in Poland, Austria and Great Britain. He created and implemented strategies aimed at restructuring and improving the business results of subordinate organizations (optimization and development of sales, cost reduction, process improvement). He managed production with multiple locations, working with trade union organizations and building efficient and motivated management teams. At Pfleiderer, he is the Managing Director responsible for P&L of the Panel East division.
