Santiago Vaca

Santiago 'Rico' Vaca has a long history of professional experience. Santiago 'Rico' began their career in 1989 with the USAF as a Congressional Budget & Appropriations Liaison and an F-15C/F-16/T-38 Instructor Pilot. In 2009, they joined Holland & Knight LLP as a Sr Policy Advisor. In 2012, they founded S Vaca & Associates, LLC, and served as President. In 2015, they co-founded the VacaBrown Group, LLC. Most recently, in 2019, they joined PFP Cybersecurity as Sr Vice President of Federal Business Development. At PFP, they provide cloud-based, dynamic power behavior analytics which enable Integrity-Assessment-as-a-Service, utilizing machine learning, signal processing and data analytics to detect intrusion as well as counterfeit parts for government, supply chain, critical infrastructure and IoT.

Santiago 'Rico' Vaca received their Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from the United States Air Force Academy in 1989. Santiago 'Rico' then went on to receive their Master of Arts in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2000.
