Mike Herd

Mike Herd has over 25 years of work experience, with their most recent role being an Operations Superintendent at PfP Industries since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Field Service Manager at KPI Energy Services, LLC from July 2019 to February 2020. From January 2015 to June 2019, they served as an Equipment Construction Manager at Pioneer Natural Resources Company. Mike also held various roles at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, including Service Supervisor II and Service Supervisor. Additionally, they worked as a Pumping Services Lead Electrician, where they designed and fabricated electrical control systems and portable power generation systems. Mike Herd initially started their career as an Owner/Partner at Mid-Cities Electrical Contractors in July 1994, specializing in electrical construction, service, and manufacturing.

Mike Herd obtained a Negotiations Training Certificate from the SMU Cox School of Business in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Duende Project Management Services in 2016 for a Project Management Workshop Training.
