Marsha Oliver

Marsha Oliver is an accomplished communications and public engagement professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Community & Public Engagement at PGA TOUR since June 2020, Marsha previously held positions such as Vice President of Community & Inclusion at the same organization, Senior Director of Community Outreach at THE PLAYERS Championship, and Director of Public Affairs for the City of Jacksonville. With a strong background in public relations, Marsha also founded O. COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, where the focus was on enhancing communication strategies for agencies and nonprofits. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Communications Officer for Duval County Public Schools, overseeing media relations and communications strategies for a large school district, and working as a Senior Public Relations Consultant at William Cook Agency. Marsha holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
