Charlotte Wu

Charlotte Wu is a highly experienced business and budget analyst, currently serving as a Principal Business Analyst at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since January 2022. Prior to this role, Charlotte held various analytical positions at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency from April 2014 to January 2022, including Principal Budget Analyst, where responsibilities included delivering a $1 billion capital budget and managing a four-person team focused on funding strategy. Previous experience includes a Senior Analyst role managing $750 million in municipal bonds and implementing efficiency improvements, as well as a Program Manager role at SFMTA overseeing staffing and the rollout of a payroll system.
