Kimberly Ognisty

Kimberly Ognisty is a Senior Counsel at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where employment commenced in April 2021. Prior to this role, Kimberly served as a Partner and Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP from 2013 to March 2021. Kimberly's earlier experience includes working as an Attorney for Energy Projects at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from 2007 to 2013, and as an Extern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon in 2006-2007. Kimberly also gained experience as a Law Clerk at the Oregon Public Utility Commission from 2005 to 2006 and as a Post-Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Alaska Fairbanks from April 2003 to July 2004, focusing on intergovernmental relations in the Circumpolar North. Kimberly holds a JD in Law from Lewis & Clark Law School (2005-2007) and a BA in Political Science from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
