Samira S. has extensive experience in data analytics, workforce planning, and project management, currently serving as Manager of Data Analytics and Workforce Planning at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since 2013. Samira has played a pivotal role in optimizing workforce management for a large enterprise, collaborating with the Chief Inclusion Officer on talent acquisition initiatives, and leading special projects to improve company culture and employee engagement. Samira co-founded and serves as President of PG&E's MEENA employee resource group, driving initiatives to address social issues and enhance diversity.
