Uzma Khan

Uzma Khan has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Uzma has held various roles at PGIM Fixed Income and Prudential Financial. At PGIM Fixed Income, they served as the Vice President of Project Management & Process Design, leading the delivery of large projects and overseeing client engagements. Uzma also managed a key vendor relationship that impacted multiple business groups within the organization. At Prudential Financial, Uzma served as the Director of Global Trade Services, where they led the Solutions Team and worked with Middle and Back Office teams to improve processes and utilize technology. Uzma also held roles as the Director of Trade Management / Corporate Actions, Manager of Product Support / Corporate Actions, and Manager of Securities Lending Trade and Custody Operations, where they managed staff and contributed to strategic direction and operational efficiencies.

Uzma Khan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. In 2005, they also completed a Mini MBA in Economics from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Additionally, Uzma Khan holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) obtained from the Scrum Alliance in April 2022, and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) obtained in 2019.
