Gaurav Pathak

Gaurav Pathak began their work experience in 2015 as a Senior Officer in AIF operations at Vistra ITCL (India) Limited. Gaurav held this position until December 2019. In 2020, they joined Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Fund Administration, specifically in the Private Equity sector. During their time there, they managed the entire fund life cycle of AIF & VCF, including fund raising and distribution. Gaurav also worked with the 'Feeder-Master Fund' structure, establishing feeder funds in GIFT City and Mauritius jurisdiction. Currently, Gaurav Pathak is employed at PGIM India Mutual Fund as a Manager in AIF Operations. In this role, they handle day-to-day operations of AIF, sets up operational procedures for newly launched AIFs, and reviews transaction documents from an operational perspective.

Gaurav Pathak has attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they studied Accounting and Related Services. Gaurav also attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, focusing on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Additionally, they studied at Mumbai University Mumbai, although their field of study is unknown.
