Andrew Crain

Andrew Crain has extensive experience in compliance and regulatory roles within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at PGIM since September 2017, Andrew previously held significant positions at BlackRock, including Managing Director and Global Head of Regulatory Engagement and Development, as well as Managing Director and Head of International Compliance. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Alternatives and Asset Management Supervision at the Financial Services Authority and Senior Adviser at the Public Interest Oversight Board. Andrew’s career also includes international affairs leadership at ASIC and trading roles at BNP Paribas and Citi. Andrew earned a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University between 1998 and 2000.
