Lars Martin Ophus

Lars Martin Ophus has extensive experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Lars Martin currently holds the role of Head of Purchasing & Logistics at PGS, where they are responsible for procurement, managing logistics and supply chain operations, vendor management, and cost optimization. Prior to this, Lars worked as the Head of Logistics at PGS, where they supported the energy industry. Lars also served as the General Manager Air & Sea at Blue Water Shipping, overseeing strategic and operational focus areas. Lars Martin was a Boardmember at the Norwegian Logistics & Freight Association and served as the CEO of their own logistics consulting company. Lars has held various positions in well-known companies such as Itella Logistics, DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, DB Schenker, Kuehne+Nagel, and WJ Communications. Lars Martin started their career in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, where they managed and trained a rifle company.

Lars Martin Ophus completed a Market economics program at BI Norwegian Business School from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued Management and teaching at BSIT, specializing in Befalskolen for Infanteriet i Trondheim, during the year 1995 to 1996.
