Mark Smith has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Mark started their career as a Manager at Paul, Weiss Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in 1986. Mark then worked at McKinsey & Company for several years, first as Director of Professional Development and later as a Senior Practice Manager. In 2002, they joined Thommessen as HR Director and later moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers as HR Director as well. In 2007, they became the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Aibel, where they managed a team of ten and oversaw HR issues with the US Department of Justice. Currently, Mark is the Vice President of Human Resources at PGS, where they lead talent processes, HR MIS reporting, organization change initiatives, and offshore learning programs. Mark is also responsible for recruitment strategy and implementation.
Mark Smith has a Master of Science degree in Information Science from Pratt Institute. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine art from Atlanta College of Art.
