Hailey Brown

Hailey Brown is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at PGT Custom Windows and Doors since July 2021. Prior to this role, Hailey held various HR positions at Faurecia from April 2018 to July 2021, including Division HR Business Partner and Plant HR Business Partner, along with a Human Resources Internship. Hailey began their career at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor from May 2016 to April 2018.
