Craig Henderson

Mr. West serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development with a focus on strategy and corporate development, including assisting the management team in identifying and evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as managing the treasury function. Mr. West joined PGT Innovations in 2006 as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, and Finance, and has served as Vice President and Controller and Chief Financial Officer before entering his current role.

Prior to joining PGT Innovations, Mr. West served as the Operations Controller for Schwan’s Food Company.

Mr. West earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia.

Mr. West served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Goodwill Manasota.
