María Jesús Flores

María Jesús Flores currently serves as a Talent & Culture Analyst at PhageLab, focusing on the development and implementation of talent programs that promote a culture of learning, recognition, and feedback within the organization. Previously, María Jesús worked as a Researcher Assistant - Executive at Hays, providing recruitment support in the manufacturing and logistics sectors, and as a Trainee in Manufacturing. At IKEA, an internship in Organizational Development involved assistance in performance processes and engagement surveys to foster company culture and values.
