Job description

PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.

You'll help us by:

  • Capturing and translating business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutions
  • Working with internal and external technical experts to validate assumptions, draft acceptance criteria/technical specifications and draft test plans
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for Pharmacann’s commercial products and other integrated software components, including Adobe Commerce Magento and its marketplace extensions.
  • Working with internal customers to deeply understand, document,and manage business processes, target pain points, and work with internal/external teams to scope and prioritize enhancements
  • Work with product team members to build delivery plans and roadmaps of forward looking capabilities
  • Analyzing current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experience
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing and validation of new and existing functionality, including configuration, development, and system releases.
  • Supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and health of PharmaCann’s e-commerce product portfolio
  • Ensuring integration and data exchange between relevant systems, and troubleshoot issues as needed

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or other relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the Adobe Commerce/Magento Platform or similar enterprise e-commerce platform
  • Experience with process flow diagramming with tools such as LucidChart or Elements Cloud
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS, retail IT, or cannabis IT
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database management
  • Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environment
  • Experience with Adobe/Magento e-commerce, specifically Magento Admin capabilities and working knowledge ecommerce/web development concepts
