Staci McArter Galloway

Staci McArter Galloway has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Staci started their career as a Human Resources Co-op at Dow Corning Corporation from February 2012 to July 2015. Staci then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation from September 2015 to August 2016.

In 2016, Staci joined Genscape, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, where they contributed to improving market transparency and efficiency for commodity and energy markets. Staci later served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from November 2017 to January 2019.

Currently, Staci is working at PharmaCord, where they have held various roles. Staci started as a Human Resources Manager in January 2019, where they contributed to enhancing the patient experience on therapy through technology and a talented team. In December 2020, they were promoted to Associate Director of Human Resources, and they have been instrumental in implementing new programs to attract, hire, and retain top-notch talent. As of April 2023, Staci holds the role of Human Resources Director at PharmaCord and continues to contribute to the company's growth and preparation for the future.

Staci McArter Galloway completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Analytics from the University of Louisville between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Northern Kentucky University, graduating between 2011 and 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Staci obtained the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) certification from SHRM in May 2016.
