Seth Rankin

As CIO, Seth is responsible for the alignment of PDMI technology with strategic business objectives, and with the rest of the executive team, establishing the future business and technical vision for PDMI. As the organization’s technology leader, Seth is responsible for developing its technology vision and roadmap to position PDMI as an industry-leader while working with partners and clients to meet their expectations. Prior to joining PDMI, Seth was employed with HM Health Solutions as an Enterprise Technology Architect and Allegheny Health Network as its Director of Infrastructure and Technology Operations. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from Upper Iowa University. He is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and a retired member of the United States Army.
