Tracey Willey

Tracey Willey is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at PharmaEssentia since October 2024, Tracey previously held the position of Sr. Vice President, People at Raintree Systems, Inc. from 2022 until October 2024. Prior to that, Tracey was with Panalgo from 2013 to 2022, where roles included Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources and Financial Operations. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Rath & Strong, LLC from 2008 to 2013 and as Director of Finance and Administration at Aon Management Consulting from 1999 to 2008. Tracey Willey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Gordon College.
