Aida Kosovic

Aida Kosovic is an accomplished legal expert and operations manager currently serving as Operations Manager at CareerNerds since March 2022, overseeing a team of 20 and managing daily operations and development projects. Concurrently, Aida has been the CEO and Legal Expert at Norma Consulting since March 2019, providing legal consultancy to over 50 SMEs and start-ups in various fields including employment and contract law. Previous roles include Legal Expert Associate at Bosnalijek BiH, Legal Counselor at the Blood Transfusion Institute, and Legal Trainee at Law Office Nermin Mulalic. Aida has a Master's degree in European Studies from the University of Sarajevo and a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo, alongside education at Georgetown University and Charles University.
