David Dams

Mr. David Dams is Director of Quality Assurance and Site Director in Rushden, UK. Mr. Dams joined Pharmaron in February 2016 as part of the Quotient Bioresearch acquisition and brings over 30 years of experience in the QA field. In 1998 Mr. Dams joined BioDynamics, a start-up CRO acquired by Quotient Bioresearch in 2008. He served as QA Manager where he implemented a QMS in compliance with GLP, GCP and GMP. Immediately post the 2004 GCP regulations, he implemented a modified QMS resulting in the facility being one of the first UK CRO’s to claim revised GMP compliance.

Mr. Dams is currently responsible for the QA department that ensures the facility’s QMS remains compliant with UK GLP, GCP and GMP. Additionally, Mr. Dams is responsible for the efficient day-to-day functionality of the Rushden site and ensures appropriate regulations are complied to and maintained.

Mr. Dams graduated from Barnet College, London with a MIAT and is a long-term member of the UK RQA society.
