Teresa L. Jacques

Teresa L. Jacques has a diverse work experience in the field of chemistry. Teresa L. is currently a Principal Scientist at Pharmaron since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at AMRI (Albany Molecular Research Inc.) from 2016 to 2023, where they held various roles including Senior Research Scientist II, Senior Research Scientist I, and Research Associate. Teresa L. was responsible for leading non-GMP small molecule manufacturing activities, technology transfer, and batch record management. Before joining AMRI, Teresa worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Schenectady County Community College from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Professor and Instructor of Chemistry at the same institution from 2013 to 2016. Teresa L. also worked as a Post-doctoral Researcher and Ph.D. Candidate at Columbia University from 2006 to 2013, where they focused on catalytic chemistry. Teresa's early career included experience as an Adjunct Professor of Chemistry at Yeshiva University from 2010 to 2013, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Smith College from 2005 to 2006.

Teresa L. Jacques obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Columbia University in 2013. Prior to this, they earned a B.A. in Chemistry from Smith College in 2006. Their secondary education took place at Pilgrim High School, where they completed their high school education from 1999 to 2002.
