Antonis Kouladis

Antonis Kouladis has extensive work experience in HR and talent acquisition. Antonis is currently the Head of Talent at Pharmathen, where they develop and implements talent acquisition strategies and drives innovative sourcing methods. Prior to that, they worked at EY for many years in various HR roles, including HR Senior Manager/Business Partner and HR Manager/Business Partner. In these roles, they collaborated with senior leadership, provided guidance on HR matters, and developed workforce plans. Antonis also has experience as an HR Supervisor.

Antonis Kouladis holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, which they obtained in 2000. Antonis further pursued their education at the same university and acquired a Master's degree in Organizational & Economical Psychology in 2003. In addition, Antonis has obtained certifications in various areas such as innovation, agile learning, robotic process automation, and data visualization from EY, with the most recent certification being in 2022.
