Vicky Vamvakousi

Vicky Vamvakousi currently serves as the Talent Development Lead at Pharmathen since August 2022, following a successful tenure at EY from July 2008 to August 2022, where Vicky held various roles including Talent Development Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. In these positions, Vicky was responsible for analyzing talent development needs, implementing local learning agendas, managing employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing HR activities for specific business units. Prior to EY, Vicky worked as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist at ISS Human Resources. Vicky holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
