Sheilagh Park-Hatley

Sheilagh Park-Hatley has worked in the software quality assurance field since 1999. Sheilagh began their career as a QA Consultant at Harland Financial Solutions in 1999 and continued as a QA Consultant at Avaya in 2006. Sheilagh then moved to Navigant, Inc. as a Contract QA Engineer in 2005, followed by a role as Senior QA Engineer at Health Language, Inc. in 2000. In 2000, Sheilagh also worked as QA Director at L7 Solutions, where they managed contract QA resources and built internal Quality Assurance capabilities. Sheilagh returned to Health Language, Inc. in 2007 as QA Manager, where they were responsible for recruitment, hiring, and professional development of Quality Assurance engineers and a Senior Technical Writer, while managing a $1M+ department budget. In 2009, Sheilagh moved to Intellireal, LLC as Director, QA/Test, where they set company direction for QA/Test including data quality standards and software quality assurance. From 2011-2018, Sheilagh worked at Equifax as VP, Technology and Senior Director, Quality Assurance, driving a passion for customer service throughout the organization and providing context and leadership to the Quality Assurance organization. Most recently, Sheilagh has worked as Director Software Quality Assurance at Phase Change Software LLC since 2018, and Quality Assurance Engineer at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company since 2018.

Sheilagh Park-Hatley attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1982 to 1984, studying Creative Writing. Prior to that, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1981 to 1982, studying English. Sheilagh also attended University of California, Berkeley and Terra Linda high school, but no further information is available.
