Lisa Chen

Product Manager - Airborne Solutions at Phase One

Lisa Chen has extensive experience in product management and technical roles in various companies. In their current position as a Product Manager at Phase One since 2022, they are responsible for managing aircraft solutions.

Before joining Phase One, Lisa worked as a Senior Product Manager at Leica Geosystems part of Hexagon from 2019 to 2020. During their time there, they designed and integrated a groundbreaking Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) system with positioning systems. Lisa collaborated with development teams and UI/UX professionals to provide requirements, and also maintained product configurators, ordering processes, and support manuals. Additionally, Lisa created content for various marketing materials such as brochures, manuals, release notes, and sales presentations. Lisa monitored sales and reviewed business revenues to assess product performance.

From 2018 to 2018, Lisa was a Product Manager at SecuraXis, where they were responsible for overseeing product management tasks.

Prior to that, Lisa held multiple roles at Pix4D between 2014 and 2018. Lisa served as a Surveying Solution Manager from 2016 to 2018 and as a Technical Communication Manager from 2014 to 2018. In these positions, Lisa managed surveying solutions and handled technical communication tasks.

Lisa also worked as a Presales Engineer and Web Developer Lead at Geoforce from 2011 to 2014.

Before their position at Geoforce, Lisa worked as a Research Associate at the Center for Space and Remote Sensing Research from 2009 to 2010.

Lisa also held the role of Test Lead at Symbio for a brief period in 2008.

Lisa started their career in 2006 as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University. During this time, they collaborated with NASA JPL and Cornell University on the NASA Mars Exploration Rover Mission project. Lisa updated Mars Rover trajectory and created Victoria Crater DTM from Navcam images.

Lisa Chen holds a Master's degree in Geodetic Science and Surveying from The Ohio State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Land Survey - Geomatics from National Chengchi University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Agile Testing in Scrum from SwissQ Consulting AG in November 2019, UI/UX Design from SwissQ Consulting AG in May 2019, AIPMM Product Management training from 280 Group in January 2019, and Pricing Excellence in Tough B2B Markets from IMD Business School in July 2018.
